ISFFP has right to use the entries films and DVD material from the DVD for festival promotion.
Short film should have running time from 01 minutes to 45 minutes along with front and back credits.
The festival authority will have the right th retain the DVD copies of each film and the material sent.
The organosation is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, postage due , stolen entries.
Short filn that are submitted must be entrants original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights, entrants agree that they have obtained all necessary copyrights permission regarding music, sound, and images etc. ISFFP organization will not be held liable for any copyright violation by you or your fillm.
ISFFP reserve all rights not to screen any film for any reason it deems valid.
ISFFP organization reserve rights to change , cancel or reschedule the dates, venue, awards and categories without any consent or information to contestants.
The pre selection commitee will short list the entries for judging by panel of jurors during festival.
The code of conduct will have to be strictly followed by the entrants misbehaviour may lead to disqualification and legel action.
The decision of the ISFFP management will be entered into.
Films once entered in film festival will not be allowed to be withdrawn.Participation in the 5th ISFFP implies acceptance of all of these rules.
Selected films will not be screened if the film maker or their authorized representative os not present to showcase his film and promote it ata the festival
The decision of the jury will be final and accepted by all .
All the participants and awardees are requested to maintain the festival geritage, code of conduct and good will.
